Whisk Manager doesn't move anything over from CakeBoss automatically: you upload your files and check them first.
Customers: CakeBoss can export to CSV, so export your customer list, choose CakeBoss in Switch to Whisk and upload it. Whisk recognises CakeBoss's customer columns. Upload the customer list you exported from CakeBoss. If your columns are named differently, you'll be able to map them on the next step.
For your products, recipes, ingredients, orders, payments, materials / supplies and expenses, you can request a full migration and the Whisk team helps you move them.
