Delete Your Whisk Manager Account

Whisk Manager users may request deletion of their account and associated data directly from the Whisk Manager mobile app.

How to request deletion in the app

  1. Sign in to Whisk Manager.
  2. Tap More in the bottom navigation.
  3. Open Account & Subscription.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Review the information shown and confirm the deletion request.

After you confirm, we verify your billing status before anything is removed. If your account has an active paid subscription, or if you manage a team, the request is paused for review and we contact you before taking any action. Once the request is processed, your sign-in account is removed, the personal details on your profile are cleared, and your business records are deleted.

If you cannot access the app

Email info@whiskmanager.com from the email address associated with your Whisk Manager account and use "Account Deletion Request" as the subject.

Identity verification may be required before we process the request.

Data deleted

When a deletion request is processed, the following are removed:

  • The personal details on your Whisk Manager profile, including your name, business name, email address and phone number
  • Your customers and their contact details
  • Your orders, quotes, invoices, payment records and order messages
  • Your recipes, ingredients and inventory
  • Your shopping lists, checklists, prep plans and notes
  • Your expenses, mileage entries, time entries and revenue goals
  • Your inquiries, market sales and loyalty or coupon records
  • Your shop page, menu items and public listing
  • Files you uploaded, including photos, reference images and documents

Data that may be retained

We keep a limited set of records where we are required to, for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution or regulatory reasons:

  • Limited financial and transaction records needed for tax, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations, kept for up to 365 days
  • Billing and payment records held by our payment processors (such as Stripe, Square, PayPal, Apple or Google) under their own legal retention obligations
  • Minimal records needed to prevent fraud and abuse, protect account security, and comply with legal or regulatory requirements
  • A record that the account was deleted, so the deletion can be evidenced if it is ever questioned

Retained information is limited to what is necessary for those obligations. It is not used for marketing, and it is not used for ordinary account activity.
