You can customize your colors, cover photo, policies, and which pages (Gallery, Events, Products, Subscriptions) are visible. There's also a completely free Find a Baker directory listing if you're not ready for the full app yet.
Can I use WhiskManager if I already have my own website?
Yes. You can embed the WhiskManager inquiry form directly into your existing website with a copy-paste embed code, link out to your WhiskManager Shop Page, or do both — inquiries flow into WhiskManager either way.
Does WhiskManager work with Square or Stripe?
Yes. You can connect Stripe or Square to accept online payments and send invoices directly from an order, and import your existing Square product catalog into your shop.
Can I track recipe costs and profit per order?
Yes. Recipes link to your inventory so ingredient costs calculate automatically, and the Profit Analysis tools show what you actually earned per order after ingredients, labor, and overhead — not just what you charged.
Does WhiskManager support presales or limited drops?
Yes. You can set up limited-time ordering windows for specific products or holidays, with an ordering deadline and fulfillment date, and track presale orders separately from regular orders.
