Whisk Manager SMS Account Notifications

Whisk Manager users may choose to receive account-related and service-related text messages directly from Whisk Manager. SMS notifications are optional and are not required to create or maintain a Whisk Manager account.

Types of messages you may receive

All messages in this program are informational account and service notifications. Whisk Manager does not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

Account activity alerts

After opting in, you choose which account activity alerts to receive in Settings → Notifications. Each alert stays off until you turn it on.

  • New inquiry received
  • New order submitted
  • Payment received
  • Quote accepted by a client
  • Contract signed by a client
  • New client message received
  • Quote declined by a client
  • Client Texting setup needs attention

How you opt in

Whisk Manager users provide express consent by entering their mobile phone number and checking an optional, unchecked consent box in their Whisk Manager account settings. The setting is located at Settings → Notifications → SMS Account Notifications, and users must select Save for the choice to take effect. Unchecking the box and saving later turns SMS notifications off.

Whisk Manager does not use this SMS program to send messages on behalf of bakery businesses to their customers. This program is only for communications sent directly by Whisk Manager to Whisk Manager users.

Opting out

You can also turn off SMS notifications, or any individual alert, in Settings → Notifications.
