## Ordering Policy
* A **25% non-refundable deposit** is required to secure all custom orders.
* Orders are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
* The remaining balance is due on the **day of pickup or delivery** before the order is released.

## Pickup Policy
* Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed-upon date and time.
* Please arrive on time to ensure the quality and freshness of your treats.
* Once an order has been picked up, RT’s Sweet Treats & Bakery is not responsible for any damages caused during transport or after pickup.

## Delivery Policy
* Delivery is available for an additional surcharge.
* Delivery fees are based on mileage and location.
* Delivery pricing will be discussed and confirmed at the time of booking.
* Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

## Custom Orders
* All custom desserts are handmade and designed specifically for each customer.
* Inspiration photos are welcome, but exact replicas cannot always be guaranteed.

## Cancellations & Refunds
* Deposits are non-refundable.
* Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery may not qualify for any refund.
* No refunds will be given for orders that have already been picked up or delivered.
