Ordering We recommend placing your order as early as possible to secure your preferred date. Psunny Treats Policies & Payment Terms
Thank you for choosing Psunny Treats! We truly appreciate the opportunity to be a part of your special moments. Please review the following policies carefully before placing your order. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Booking & Payment
* Orders totaling under $100 and/or orders placed within 2 weeks of the event date require payment in full at the time of booking.
* All other orders require a 50% non-refundable retainer to reserve your date.
* Your order is not considered confirmed until payment has been received.
* The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to pickup or delivery.
* Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the order, with any payments made being forfeited.
Changes & Cancellations
* Minor design adjustments may be requested up to 14 days before the event date and will be accommodated when possible.
* Significant changes to the design, quantity, or details of an order may require additional fees.
* Once an order is booked, the retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refund Policy
* Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
* Retainers are non-refundable under any circumstances.
* Refunds will not be issued for remaining balances after payment has been received unless the complete order is returned to Psunny Treats immediately upon pickup/delivery.
* Refund requests due to personal preference, changes in plans, event cancellations, or failure to consume products will not be accepted.
* If there is an issue with your order, please contact Psunny Treats within 24 hours of pickup or delivery so we can review the concern and determine the best resolution.
Pickup & Delivery
* Customers are responsible for inspecting their order at the time of pickup.
* Once your order leaves Psunny Treats’ possession, we are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, transportation, storage, weather conditions, or products being left unattended.
