Moon Child Sweets – Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing Moon Child Sweets. Please carefully review the terms below. By submitting any payment toward your invoice, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Payments & Booking
-A non-refundable retainer fee of at least 50% of the total invoice is required to secure your order and reserve your date.
-The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled pickup.
-Orders placed with less than 7 days' notice must be paid in full immediately and will incur an automatic rush fee.
Pre-Sale Orders
-Pre-sale invoices must be paid in full within 72 hours of receipt.
Reminders & Reinstatement
-You will receive up to 3 payment reminders via email.
-A reinstatement fee will apply if the invoice must be recreated after cancellation.
Designs & Customization
-Digital design previews provided only after retainer is received.
-Colors matched as closely as possible; exact matches not guaranteed.
-Does not replicate other artists' work.
-May decline copyrighted/trademarked material requests.
