Thank you for considering Magnolia Delights for your custom treats! Please review the information below before submitting your order request.

Placing an Order
• All custom orders require a completed Request to Order form.
• Inspiration photos are welcome and very helpful.
• Orders are not confirmed until full payment is received.
• An invoice will be sent after your quote is approved.
• Payment must be made within 24 hours of invoice receipt unless a different payment date has been agreed upon in writing.
• Unpaid invoices will be automatically declined.

• All sales are final. No refunds.
• Payment is required in full to secure your order and pickup date.
• Pricing reflects design complexity, colors, detail, and packaging.
• Rush fees may apply (see below).

Rush Order Policy

We understand that sometimes you need sweetness in a hurry! While we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, rush fees apply to prioritize your order without impacting previously scheduled customers.

Rush Fees:
• 24–48 hours turnaround: 50–100% upcharge (based on design)
• 3–5 days notice: 15–25% upcharge
• Minimum rush fee: $25 (applies to small orders)

Rush availability is limited and not guaranteed. Please inquire as soon as possible.

• Icing colors will be matched as closely as possible; slight variations may occur.
• Design elements may vary slightly due to handmade nature.
• Final designs are at the discretion of Magnolia Delights based on artistic interpretation of inspiration images.
