Hey y'all, I'm Amber- I'm the girl behind the mixer and the royal icing bags. If you don't find me in the kitchen working on your next sweet set, I'm usually chasing around my two-year-old boy or cuddling my baby girl. A few things about me are I love Jesus, riding horses and catching good rodeos! Im a stay at home mom, and my family is the most important thing to me (right after Jesus), but decorating cookies is my absolute favorite creative outlet. I pour so much love into every single cookie, and I can't wait to make your next celebration a little sweeter! At Joy Joy Cookie Company, every batch of custom sugar cookies is baked and decorated with one simple goal: to be apart of turning your sweet moments into unforgettable memories. From celebrating milestones like weddings, baby showers, and birthdays to elevating your corporate brand with professional business logos, or having special treats for holidays, each order is tailored to you. Whether you need clean and simple designs or highly detailed designs, I work hard to bring your vision to life and create something truly special for your occasion. Ordering policies
Payment:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of receiving invoice. Because calendar spots fill up fast, dates cannot be held past 48 hours without a deposit. Your inquiry will be canceled and your date will be open to other clients if no payment is received.
The remaining full payment is due 10 days before pickup.
Refunds & Cancellations:
Because every order is custom-made, no refunds or credits will be issued within 10 days of pickup date. Refunds or order credits are only offered at the discretion of Joy Joy Cookie Company under extreme or unforeseen circumstances.
Rescheduled Events: If plans change unexpectedly, let me know! I can safely freeze your cookies for a later pickup date.
No-Shows: Pickup times are strictly scheduled. If you fail to pick up your order or contact me on your scheduled date, your order will be forfeited and donated. No refunds or credits will be provided.
Rush Order Policy: Need It in a Pinch? Depending on my current schedule and availability, I can sometimes squeeze in rush orders within 2 weeks of pickup. Because this requires rearranging my baking schedule, a rush fee will apply. Don't worry—the exact fee will be clearly outlined right in your custom invoice before you commit!
