Hi, I’m Shenny, the baker and creative behind Elegantly Baked by Shenny. What began with a love for baking has grown into a passion for creating beautiful, memorable desserts for life’s sweetest celebrations. For me, a cake should be more than something that simply looks beautiful—it should taste just as good as it looks. I put care and attention into every order, from the flavors and fillings to the smallest finishing details, while working with each client to create something that feels special to their celebration. Elegantly Baked by Shenny proudly serves New York’s Hudson Valley, creating custom cakes and desserts for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, milestones, and all the moments worth celebrating.

Ordering policies
ORDERING & PAYMENT
Custom orders are subject to availability. A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is recommended. Orders booked at least 2 weeks in advance require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure the date, with the remaining balance due the day before pickup or delivery. Orders placed within 1 week require full payment. Rush orders are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Pricing is based on cake size, flavor, design, level of detail, and any additional elements requested. Specialty flavors, fillings, custom toppers, specialty finishes, florals, fondant details, and other enhancements may incur additional charges.
PICKUP & DELIVERY
Pickup is by scheduled appointment. A 15-minute grace period is provided; late fees may apply thereafter. Local delivery is available at $1.50 per mile. Large, tiered, or structurally complex cakes may require delivery and setup by Elegantly Baked by Shenny.
ORDER RESPONSIBILITY
Once an order has been picked up or successfully delivered, responsibility for proper handling, transportation, storage, and display transfers to the customer. Refunds or repairs are considered only when an issue results from an error by Elegantly Baked by Shenny.
ALLERGIES
Customers must disclose all known food allergies or sensitivities before ordering. While care is taken during preparation, products cannot be guaranteed to be free from allergen cross-contact.
