Ordering policies
We create designs as close as possible to your wishes, whether based on inspo pics, images, photos, or drawings. We match desired colors as closely as possible, keeping in mind that colors display more vivid and bright on a backlit computer screen, than they may 'on person'.
We require a 50% deposit to secure you place on out calendar. We cannot guarantee your order and date until deposit is received. The balance is due one week before pickup.
Deposit is refundable if requested at least two weeks prior to pickup date. After that date, it becomes non-refundable.
Pickups are normally offered on Fridays between 4:00-7:00 pm, or Saturdays 10:00am - 2:00pm,but other arrangements can be made, if need be.
Delivery is available, although only within the state of MA. We charge $1/per mile (per Google, one way), $25 minimum.
Shipping is available, although only within the state of MA. We charge $5 handling/packaging plus postage calulated by Pirate Ship.
